By purchasing or using WooMax, you agree to be bound by these Terms. They govern your license, your rights, and our responsibilities to you.
By purchasing a WooMax Pro license, installing the WooMax plugin, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use WooMax or this website. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and RunCoders ("we", "us", "our"), the developer and owner of WooMax.
WooMax is a WooCommerce plugin that provides business analytics and intelligence features within your WordPress dashboard, including order tracking, product pageview tracking, add-to-cart tracking, and a comprehensive stats dashboard. WooMax is offered in a single Pro plan available on a monthly ($5/month/site) or yearly ($40/year/site) billing basis. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of WooMax at any time with reasonable notice.
Upon purchasing a Pro license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use WooMax on the number of WordPress sites covered by your license (one site per license unless otherwise stated). This license is active for the duration of your paid billing period. It automatically renews unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You may not, and may not allow any third party to:
All Pro license purchases are processed by Freemius, our payment processor. By completing a purchase you also agree to Freemius's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period and you will be notified in advance. You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing information. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your license.
Pro licenses renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Freemius account dashboard. Cancelling auto-renewal does not immediately terminate your license — you retain access until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as provided in our Refund Policy.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at woomax.io/refund-policy. In summary, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. Renewals are not eligible for refunds once processed.
WooMax, including its code, design, documentation, and all associated materials, is the intellectual property of RunCoders and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Your license to use WooMax is limited to the rights expressly granted herein. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding WooMax may be used by us freely without any obligation to you.
WooMax is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that WooMax will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. WooCommerce and WordPress compatibility is maintained on a best-effort basis but cannot be guaranteed for all versions or configurations. Your use of WooMax is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RunCoders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use WooMax, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your WooMax license in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RunCoders and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of WooMax, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license at any time if you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 7 days of written notice. Upon termination, your right to use WooMax ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where RunCoders is established.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active license holders via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of WooMax after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
