All WooCommerce analytics collected by the WooMax plugin are stored locally on your own server. We never receive or store your customers' data.
WooMax is a WooCommerce analytics plugin developed and maintained by RunCoders. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our website (woomax.io) and through the WooMax plugin itself. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean RunCoders as the data controller for information collected on this website. When WooMax is installed on your WordPress site, you are the data controller for any store data the plugin collects and processes on your server.
WooMax operates entirely within your WordPress installation. All analytics data — including order statistics, product pageviews, and add-to-cart events — is stored in your own WordPress database on your own server. This data is never transmitted to our servers. The plugin may optionally use the Freemius SDK to manage license validation and deliver plugin updates. This SDK may collect basic diagnostic information such as your WordPress version, PHP version, active plugins list, and site URL solely for licensing and compatibility purposes. You can opt out of this data sharing during plugin activation.
We use Freemius to handle all plugin licensing and payment processing. When you purchase WooMax Pro, your purchase data is stored and managed by Freemius. Freemius acts as an independent data controller for payment information and is PCI-DSS compliant. Please review the Freemius Privacy Policy at freemius.com for details on how they handle your data.
The free version of WooMax may be distributed through the WordPress.org plugin repository. WordPress.org has its own privacy practices independent of ours.
This website uses only essential cookies necessary for basic functionality, such as maintaining session state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Freemius checkout widget used on this site may set its own cookies to manage the purchasing session. These are strictly necessary for the checkout process and are not used for tracking or advertising.
