30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind WooMax with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you purchase a Pro license and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to both monthly and yearly billing plans.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Renewals are not eligible for a refund once processed.
  • Each license is eligible for one refund. Repeated purchases followed by refund requests may be declined at our discretion.
  • The refund covers the license fee paid. Any third-party transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following circumstances:

  • The request is submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date.
  • The license has been used to generate significant commercial value and the refund request appears to be in bad faith.
  • The account has a history of repeated purchases and refund requests.
  • The issue is caused by a third-party plugin, theme, or hosting environment incompatibility that is outside our control and cannot be reasonably resolved.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through the WordPress.org support forum or reach out directly via email. Include your order details (purchase email, license key, or Freemius order ID) so we can locate your account quickly. We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued back to the original payment method through Freemius, our payment processor.

Auto-Renewals

WooMax Pro licenses renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Freemius account dashboard without losing access to the plugin for the remainder of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for renewal charges if the cancellation was not submitted before the renewal date. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Freemius, a trusted WordPress commerce platform. Refunds are subject to Freemius's processing times and policies. WooMax does not store any payment card information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of WooMax after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
